First one down

Alright, well I just got done with my first workout. It actually wasn't as bad as what I thought it would be. Basically I am supposed to do three of them this week. For the workout you start out with a brisk 5 minute warm-up walk. After that you alternate a minute of jogging and 90 seconds of walking, for 20 minutes. That makes the workout 25 minutes long. I know it says to do these workouts three times a week, but depending on how I feel tomorrow, I might try and do four of them this week. For the training tips it says that if you feel that the workouts are progressing too quickly week to week, so slow it down a little. I hope I don't have to, but let's be honest, I have let myself get out of shape.

Next week the workout changes slightly. It will start out with a brisk 5 minute warm-up walk, just like the week one workout. But then you alternate 90 seconds of jogging and two minutes of walking for 20 minutes.

On another note, I've been trying to cut down on drinking. For awhile I was drinking every night of the week. Last week I drank 3 nights. This week I'm hoping to keep it to 2 nights, if any.
